PolicyDock is proud to announce its successful admission to the Zurich-based Swiss InsurTech Hub Accelerator. The company is among the first batch of insurtech startups to be selected to join the prestigious association in Switzerland after just a year in the business.

Comprised of members who hail from world renowned insurers and consultancies, the Swiss InsurTech Hub brings together start-ups in insurance technology, investors, universities, research labs and public institutions to build the insurance industry. In addition, the Swiss InsurTech Hub provides start-ups with visibility to venture capitalists for funding, and the ability to build a strong network with industry incumbents as well as other industry newcomers.

“We are absolutely delighted and honoured to be part of the pioneering batch of start-ups at the Swiss InsurTech Hub Accelerator,” said Roger Ying, CEO of PolicyDock. “We have lots of ideas about how technology can turbo-charge the industry into digital transformation, and we look forward to sharing them with everyone else at the Hub.”

PolicyDock offers a suite of APIs that help companies across the insurance spectrum standardise and harmonise data, real time analytics, digital distribution, and sandbox insurance.

Since its inception, PolicyDock has won admission to the prestigious StartX.com accelerator program which is exclusive to Stanford University affiliated start-ups and entrepreneurs. The company, which is staffed by a team of professionals with a deep insurance, fintech, and blockchain background, was also one of 10 selected to pitch and present at this year’s InsureNXT.com as well as Plug’n’Play in Singapore and Silicon Valley.
